The soulful side of music - modern, independent, rare groove, with a touch of soulful house, jazz-fusion, funk, nu-jazz and disco

His most satisfying LP, assuming you like his vocals as much as his vibes. Every single track is a winner !! Apart from the obvious hammered to death tracks, I particularly loved 'Rhythm' and 'And don't you say no'.
Can't go wrong with this one, Soulful
Hi trakbruv, this was the first Roy Ayers album I bought and I think it is my favourite; You Send Me probably just edges out tracks 2, 3 and 7 as being the best tunes on the album. But you're right - every track is a winner!
What a coincidence,i've just found a photo of me DJing in 1978 and this album cover is on the spare deck.
thank you kindly for this post. very pleasing tea and biscuit music in the morning!
cheers !

I just got this on vinyl for a dollar... It's unbelievably good! I have this and Everybody Loves the Sunshine, I'de say that they're a tie in my book, even though Everbody Loves the Sunshine was his "Hit Album"
